Reviews
"Friendly pub reasonably priced food."
"A lovely meal with the family. Dog friendly and good sized portions with a friendly atmosphere and bar/waiting staff. Fish and chips was great and the deserts were also excellent."
"If I could put zero star I would. Absolutely rude staff/landlady who apparently doesn’t like to communicate respectfully. Happy won’t be returning. Also smells like a pig farm inside - can’t imagine that’s nice to eat in."
"Really nice, old school pub. Beers were well kept and the service good. Quite small but a nice atmosphere. We were visiting the area for a few days and ended ip visiting three times once for food which was pub grub but done well. If I lived locally I suspect this would be my local."
"Came here for lunch was very nice, I had the scampi it was lovely, my bus uncle had the pie it was really big and tasty he really enjoyed it. Its a really nice pub with friendly staff, it's dog friendly too which is always good. The prices are adequate for the food, would definitely come here again."
