"I have been a regular customer for many years,but not any longer!!! The customer service has gone extremely downhill. I visited the store recently and was made to feel very uneasy. The new security guard followed me down every isle. I understand they have a job to do but he had no reason to be stalking me. What happened to being professional and descreet? Dave the security guard before this buffoon, was professional friendly and always willing to help customers, and always with a smile on his face he also built up a good rapour with the community. Newland Avenue has lost its sparkle and will soon be as bad as the city centre."
