"Good little shop with everyday essentials, not much range of men's products as there used to be, so a little disappointed"
"It is a small shop and moving around it in an electric wheelchair is difficult but manageable. Excellent range of make-up and products."
"Not the biggest super drug but certainly the nicest for miles around. Lovely staff and very clean and tidy highly recommended"
"So much stock in this shop, friendly staff, good parking x"
"Really quite disappointed with how rude the lady letting people in the shop is. I completely understand that shops need to be strict with how many people are aloud in and the one way systems in place with this virus. I have been to super drug the last two Sundays. The first Sunday she shouted at an elderly couple who were two people in front of me for walking right as they walked in the shop. The elderly woman explained that she thought she was going the right way as there is an arrow on the floor pointing right as you walk in. The young woman said 'well obviously I don't mean that arrow'. The lady in front of me then explained that she shouldn't really shout at them as it could be quite confusing. To which she smirked and said 'not really, its pretty clear actually'. Then last Sunday I went with my daughter we stopped at the door as she asked. she explained that when one person comes out we could go in. She then came back to the door and told us to get out of the way so people could get out. No please and we were well away from the door. Two customers finished their shopping and left, leaving one customer in the shop (we purposely waited for two customers to leave as I had my 5 year old daughter with me) and as the rude young lady was no longer at the door I walked in as did the customer behind me. She then shouted across the shop 'get out' I persumed she was shouting at the lady behind me as I had done as she asked and waited for somone to leave. So i carried on looking at bits on the shelf to which she stormed up to me and said 'I told you to go and wait at the door' i explained that two people had left leaving one customer in the shop. To which she replied 'so? we do it by how many people are in each aisle and that lady is still in the first aisle". myself and the couple behind me where so shocked by her rudness. If that's superdrugs rule, that's fine. but at least explain it politely and by the time i got to the third aisle there were another two lots of people in the same aisle behind me but she didn't say a word. The only reason I have given them 2 stars is because the woman behind the counter was lovely. She was clearly embaressed by her colleagues behavior and whispered sorry to me. I also dont think this lady should be aloud to ask people what they want at the door as this is a chemist and some people may not want to tell her. its not like she would go and get it for them anyway as they still need to pay at the till!!!"
