Very pleasant experience today - I randomly asked one of the ladies putting their deliveries away if birthday cakes are available and she with the smile answered yes they are and advised me to join the queue to the till while she personally went to the stock room to get me one of their smashing cakes ! I could’ve wait longer if not up to her brilliant customer service ! Amazing customer service skills ! Definitely highly recommended"
