"I`ve been using Lano`s for years and staff were always friendly, capable and the food was good. It`s all different staff now and I suspect a new owner. The large Kabab had enough meat to just about fill a sandwich and the chili sauce was like a relish , the sort you get a big bottle for £1 at Heron. I wont be using them again."

"Oh dear Lano's, what going on tonight??? We are a regular customer of yours and the food is always delicious, but tonight...... Over an hour late, and also cold, which is not like you, chips not cooked properly/like rubber. No seasoning salt on chips either. Ordered medium donner meat and chips and I'm sure we got a kids portion, not good at all!!!!. Also got mixed kebabs and couldn't bite through any of the meat, it was too over cooked. Even the dog couldn't chew it. Such a shame as usually this place is very good."
