"Not impressed. We asked for a thorough move-in clean of a three bedroom house and were quoted £341 plus extra £80 for a carpet clean. It included an oven and hob clean as well. The cleaners arrived at the agreed time but spent only two hours at the property. Agreed items (oven, kitchen cupboards, living room shelves etc.) were not cleaned and we had to clean them ourselves after moving in. Hair was present in bathtub and toilet. After complaining several times, they agreed to reduce our cleaning charge to £200. Still way to much for a superficial house clean. Would not recommend."

"END OF TENANCY CLEANING Thank you Daily Poppins.. we were moving house and wanted our deposit back from our landlord. So we got this company from google, so we called them and the polite manager answered the phone in a very professional manner and he gave us his word and got the cleaners to come the following day. Wow we couldn't have asked for more, the manager came with his friendly and experienced team and did an amazing job They left the house sparkling and we managed to get the our deposit back! I highly recommend to use this company as you won't regret it!!"

"Unfortunately had a negative and stressful experience with this company for an end of tenancy clean. The two good things were how understanding the person I spoke to about my complaint was and the carpet being washed. Even so the flat wasn’t left as thoroughly cleaned as I hoped as there were still food marks on the kitchen cupboard doors I had to wipe myself and I had to show my landlord the invoice from Daily Poppins as proof that I really did have the flat professionally cleaned and I wasn’t lying... I don’t think I can recommend this company for end of tenancy cleaning if you want to make your landlord happy."
