"Do NOT hire if you have allergies!!! They used products which I am anaphylactic to. I explicitly told them—twice—not to use scented cleaning products and to use mine if they need an alternative. They explicitly said they understood, yet they used scented products anyways and caused anaphylaxis. On top of this, they said they descaled the shower when they hadn’t, and didn’t even clean the toilet?! I paid for 110 minutes but they left after 30 both times. On their second (and last) visit they left a sheet detailing who cleaned, when they cleaned, and whether I was satisfied. They only filled out their names, didn’t wait for me to sign, and didn’t even tell me it was there, so I had no idea what it was, what to do with it, or who to send a dissatisfied result to."
"We used Daily Poppins for a one off Maxi Clean and carpets wash. They were excellent. The 3 cleaners were punctual, very professional, friendly polite and meticulous. The work done was faultless. I would highly recommend them without hesitation."
"I had two cleaners who came to clean my house , it was awful experience, toilets were not that bad although they did not do the flooring . For bedrooms , she covered the beds without tidying it ,she ignored my son bedroom dust was not done , they spent 3 hours to do two toilets and 3 bedrooms ( bed, dust and hoovering ) I have no idea why !!!! They charged way far than they deserve, I prefer yo have individual cleaner rather than two who keep speaking to each other in a different language. I don’t recommend them at all"
