"Ordered a 'Hot Summer Gift Box' from Interflora costing £45. This was to include timed delivery, between 3-5pm. The shop refused to accept the timed delivery, then failed to leave the flowers with any neighbours despite there being numerous options. In a bizarre call with the staff, my wife was invited to drive the 25 mile round trip to pick up her own surprise flowers! The flowers arrived a day late, dried and with some brown petals. Including greenery, only 13 stems delivered! Completely laughable and pathetic. Awful service and an insult to my wife. Flowers in the bin, full refund received from Interflora. I would never use this shop ever!!"
