"The quality is poor. I ordered flowers online to give as a gift the same day. On closer inspection the flowers were dead. I couldn't gift them because the quality was so poor. So I went to Marks and Spencer and got much nicer flowers for £10 cheaper but annoying as I'd already spent £30 on this bunch. I complained but was assured the flowers were fresh. There is no way they were. Also purchased a rose a few months back which was also dead when I got it home. They offered me a refund if I was to take the flowers back but I had no time to do so.. glad I didnt have them delivered directly to the recipient. I would definitely not recommend this florist. Waste of £30. Real shame as they look great on the website but the reality isn't the same"
