"Took us an hour to get through Saturday traffic to pick up a copy of Outer worlds, picked up an empty box to take to the counter, queued for 5 minutes to then be told they don't have any copies in stock (one day after release!?). We were told it's because there weren't enough copies ordered and that Call of duty was the reason. Just a bit of friendly advise, if you don't have any to sell then leave a notification of some kind on the display to save people wasting thier time."

"Whilst I don't expect a beaming smile everywhere I go, it would be nice not to be glared at by staff members sitting behind the counter as you browse the store. Other than that, the prices are average, they have a good selection (little in the way of PC peripherals unlike their larger stores), but all modern consoles are represented."

"Small Game store which is a godsend as the next nearest outlet is some distance away. Carries a reasonable selection of new and preowned Games as well as other items and accessories. Looks a bit tired and could do with a refresh and a bit of drive. Always found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and approachable"
