We checked the Internet afet making the purchase and the current sale price was 1250 not 1500. Blatantly skimmed off the customer during these hard times."

"Great experience when purchasing but Absolutely awful aftercare and customer service…purchased an expensive luxury watch that developed a fault after two weeks. The manager in store agreed the bezel was indeed faulty but refused a refund due to light, irrelevant scratches on the clasp? I was told a repair was my only option as he belligerently insisted it would have to be in immaculate condition to qualify for a return or exchange as this is goldsmiths policy. After questioning said “policy” that clearly goes against consumer rights, no documentation could be provided to back this up and Customer services later confirmed this was in fact incorrect and the situation would be investigated. Im now told a refund may be granted, but only if a manufacturing fault is found after the piece is sent away to the manufacturer for inspection. Each email response is painfully slow due to apparent system errors and phone calls not returned. Currently still waiting for contact regarding the status of the watch two weeks later… no watch, no refund and no confidence in goldsmiths! Expect far better… will definitely purchase elsewhere in the future!"
