An example is when one daughter's Kate Spade watch (bought in the USA) ended up with a broken glass and both Kate Spade UK and the high street chain who were its local retailer said it was not possible to replace the glass. D. Barker & Son disagreed and for a very reasonable price made an exact replacement. I can recommend them without hesitation."
