"I have waited until now to give Mr Steve Martin a chance to do what he said he would, but sadly he has let me down totally. Last Friday 30 Sept, I rang and asked if he could do a gas safety certificate etc by today. He said yes and asked for details, which I sent that day. On Saturday he confirmed that he was about that week. Then I heard nothing further. I texted on the Tuesday saying that I was now concerned that the certificate would run out and asking him for his help. Nothing. Nothing. And nothing. If only he had said he couldn't do it, that would have been fair enough, but to say he could and then to simply refuse to respond further is totally unacceptable. Very untrustworthy."
