DPD Aberdeen

"Delivery "attempted" twice at incorrect address, both times address that the drivers were at and photographed were to anyone who can read totally wrong, both addresses were numbered houses my house has a name. On the second attempt I supplied them with all the information and a picture of the house via their app and they still couldn't find it. Avoid these couriers at all costs as they obviously haven't got a clue. What their doing absolutely useless if I could give negative stars it would be negative 5 from me."

"I am not happy at all with Aberdeen depot I ordered my very expensive package and I got a text saying it would be delivered yesterday I waited in and an I got a text saying failed delivery attempt due to no answer at my door there was no card left I then went on to my text and clicked track and I went to where is my parcel to find out they had taken a picture of the wrong house that isn’t mine and they have left my ticket there there I tryed to contact them they said they would contact the driver and he would call me or the depot would call me no joy I really need my parcel very dissatisfied and unhappy that you can’t do your jobs right what a joke !!! "Would give zero stars if I could! Waited two months for a phone, failed delivery attempts when I was in my property, driver messaged saying sorry I’ve missed you. Dpd have redirected the phone back to sender. Sender has no more stock of this phone which will take another month or so! Dpd are adamant once they process sending back to sender they can’t do anything! Absolute joke! I’m not even allowed to collect my parcel from the depot even though the phone is in the same city! Their policies need to change! This is shocking service and it’s about making more money through failed deliveries rather than providing efficient service!"
