"I started working with Jo after having a gait analysis at the London Podiatry Centre. After an initial in person consultation we moved to online (covid!) for several months. Jo was absolutely fab! She put together a programme of exercises each month and we slowly worked up to me being able to run again. She is also very helpful and willing to answer any questions during and after each session. Her new studio in Bedford is very comfortable and well-equipped, complete with a loo! She takes great care over COVID checks and wipes all equipment used. Parking is not a problem either. I highly recommend Jo in Bedford!"
