"It was very comfortable nice trip. Very good and friendly conversation with the driver. The driver arrived 5 minutes before, we reached our destination on time without rush. The car was clean, no any unpleasant or smoking smell. Thank you the driver Alexander. It was excellent experience. "The taxi driver, Gary, was extremely helpful in assisting me to walk over the ice, on pickup & dropoff, & very good in negotiating traffic problems to get me right to the door of Serenity hair salon in Crown Street. He was also very pleasant & efficient. The second driver, John, could not park near the salon, but came to collect me from there. Again, he was of great help over the ice at each end of the journey, & most pleasant & efficient. I have been using Rainbow City taxis regularly since 2014, & their service is always very good, & on most occasions, excellent.
