"Did a cross country run here , tough course but beautiful place!"
"A nice walk with some brilliant views of brton."
"Great walk through woodlands to Sinai Park House. Not too strenuous at 3km!"
"Quite a hike to get to the house, with a lack of signage. Footpath very steep and muddy. The house is an amazing sight, despite its pitiful state, and rhe well is fascinating. All early days."
"This is a lovely woodland walk which takes you over Sinai park and continues on over Battlestead Hill then down into Tatenhill. The walk forms part of the Millennium Way, long distance path and is well signposted at each end. The walk has various routes though the woods which are all easy to follow on the well trodden pathways, popular with both hikers and local dog walkers. The walk periodically affords views through the trees east over Burton as far as Bretby on a clear day. It can get very muddy after rain and some of the paths require a sure foot to weave through the nettles in mid summer so take care and don't wear shorts. There are also cattle roaming in fields adjacent so keep a close eye on your dog and always put them on the lead if you choose a route that passes though one of the fields. The bulebells in April are a particular delight."
