"Our Villa was cancelled 8 weeks before we was due to go away. We had to rush to find another villa. It states in their policy if this should happen with less than 12 week before, that they would pay the extra for another villa. This did not happen they only gave us half of the money and we had to pay the rest. No heating for swimming pool, it was freezing so we did not use it. Apart from that everything else was fine."
