"Ace aerials attended and put a digital aerial. No problems, all paid. Nice enough person, good at chatting. Called them again after a home extension because the TV in the dining/kitchen was not picking up signal. Attended and re-aligned the aerial and put in a booster in the loft, all paid. TV in the dining/kitchen still, no signal. I thought it could be where the TV is located or maybe the weather in winter. Every now and again, I tried to get a signal, but to no avail. I got frustrated, but kept on trying every now and again. Recently I called a TV engineer, who suggested possible aerial issue and recommend Adrian from Belper. Adrian came and straight away said, your aerial is not facing East or West. Re-aligned the aerial and put a splitter, all paid. Paid twice for realignment of the aerial. All is working well. Don't trust Ace aerials. Look up trusted traders."
