"Extremely expensive and rude staff who are overly precious about their ‘scales’! If the scales are that priceless, put a sign up asking customers not to touch them instead of patronisingly telling my daughter to ‘not play with them’!! Left with a very subdued little one - won’t be back again! Panic over, your scales are safe! Fuming!"

"I went in this pet shop today, I was appalled they had 3 kittens in a tiny cage, one had terribly weepy eyes. My daughter begged me to buy all 3 and save them. Unfortunately I don't have that kind of money as they were nearly £1000 each. The little weepy eyed one is now really playing on my mind. Really hope its getting the treatment it needs."

"Great range of products at good prices for dogs. But shocked there is no water bowl for dogs. (I appreciate the owner did offer upon request) Also shocked at the signs up about dogs. Felt very uneasy there due to these signs and attitudes. Their shop and their rules. Wish I’d read the reviews before and read the signs on the door."
