"Really disappointed with our dogs “haircut”. Brought our dog here for the first time as she had quite long thick hair which I had asked for it to be cut short as she has a tendency to moult and she came out looking no different. I paid £50 for a full groom and all she had done was a wash and a slight trim around her paws. I now have to pay another £50 elsewhere to get her a proper haircut. Very disappointing and sadly won’t be returning. Staff are all lovely but unfortunately not the service we had hoped for."
