"Come here all the time to collect my prescriptions as it is my closest pharmacy, I am always kept standing there waiting to be served eventhough though the phone calls are constantly being answered and prioritised. I ordered an emergency prescription from my doctor 2 days ago which they put through as an emergency prescription yet I got to the pharmacy and I was waiting for over 15 minutes as it still wasn't fully processed eventhough it was on their system as an emergency prescription, thought it was called an emergency prescription for a reason."
