"The pharmacy at this store provides the worst service I have ever experienced. If a prescription arrives with them in the morning when you go to collect it they have done nothing with it. Once you arrive at the counter they say it will be an hour, this appears to be their way of prioritising how and when they administer prescriptions. I have now changed pharmacy to one that texts me when my prescription is ready, they don't tell me to go shopping or comeback in an hour. Worst service from a retailer ever, change to boots or Well pharmacy you will get a superior service without the need to walk round Winsford for an hour while they do what they should have done 4 hrs earlier."
"Hope to never use this pharmacy again ! Waiting for antibiotics, said yesterday they will order them take my number and call when they are in . No phone call so phoned them this afternoon to be told oh yes they are in but not ready ! This is the second bad experience in a few months ."
