"Arrived and was greeted by a friendly face of steven, spoke previously about getting a nose piercing and showed me all the equipment and the difference between a stud and ring (i went for the stud due to easier use, and can be easily taken in or out) and how everything is done so it put my mind at rest, even showed me and told me that the needle is fresh to make it even more easier on my mind. always gave me a minute and told me some great after care for it and how to do it. i then had a tattoo with jack who i watched his brilliant colleagues clean the table down top to bottom, clean all the equipment down and even saw the tools used for the piercing go into the ultra-sonic cleaner! jack was very well mannered and didnt want it to be rushed and made it far less painful and enjoyable than a previous studio i went too. top class service here!"
