"I needed a post office service the guy at the counter couldn't do it he was calling for a supervisor or manager but they were not responding after 15 min I went at the back and two of them were smoking at the back. When asked them about waiting for them to come they stated that they were never colled clearly not true as the guy call them several times and other customers left without been served. And why is it that today 4th of Dec they closed at 14 are they having a break because on Google shows that the closing times is 10pm. Really bad service"

"I purchased a bag of milk chocolate flipz this evening and when I opened them all the chocolate was a grey colour. I returned to the owlsmoor shop and asked for a replacement bag and was told that now you have opened them I can't return them for a refund or exchange. They then proceeded to say that chocolate is ok to go grey and still OK to eat. Then the cashier put is hand in the bag to try one (after saying that hes never eaten them and doesn't know what they are suppose to taste like) said I don't see the problem and then expected me to except the bag back after he had placed his hand over the chocolate. I am honestly very disappointed with the customer service I received from the staff."
