"Awful service when trying to return a parcel from Amazon using a QR code, first they refused to take the parcel as it wasn't wrapped in tape despite the instructions clearly saying they will do the packaging for you then their camera wouldn't print the QR code. Me and 4 other customers had the same issue today. They were also very rude which is why they lost a customer today"
