"It's literally, physically a very small pharmacy. I think they are grossly understaffed for the large community they serve. They'd need an extension on the building to be more efficient. I have always found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. I have begun to call them before setting out to check my prescription has arrived and tell them I'm on my way to pick up. That way I'm able to turn up, pick up and leave immediately. Can't fault them when we synchronise..."

"This once very nice local chemist is so short staffed that more often than not they ask you to come back even though they have your prescription . I find it very frustrating and a waste of time as there are only a couple of days when i have the time to go."
