"I spent nearly two years going to see Helen for hydrotherapy sessions with my Springer Spaniel Archie after he became ill and needed specialist help to get his back legs strong again. Archie absolutely adored her and was always excited to see her. There was such a bond between them, which meant that he trusted her completely and would do anything she asked of him – with amazing results. Helen was also a great help to me during those two years, with all the highs and lows of having a dog that was so poorly at times. Helen’s understanding, compassion and empathy with both animals and their owners is something unique. You can see that she really does care about the animals she looks after - but she also cares about the owner’s needs too.
