Also I had a very important meeting to attend to tomorrow but did not have enough time to to wash it. so I dropped it off in the shop with the staff (Hassan). I came back couple of hours later and it was washed dried and folded (may i ad professionally. and the price was only £10. The price, the service, the turn around time and the professionalism is out of this world. I would recommend everyone to use this laundrette."

"I took my delicate adult MaxMara coat for dry cleaning and I’ve been given this kids coat back. The blazer was covered with a plastic bag and I only realised the damage when I returned home. Also, out of the three blazers, one more Marcella coat has become smaller. If you couldn’t clean it you should have told me from the beginning. At least you should have apologised and let me know about the issue when I came to collect them but you just mentioned that the damage was worth £16. This specific coat costs a lot more than that."
