"What we look for in a cleaning service is an understanding of our needs and expectations, attention to detail, thoroughness, and openness to make adjustments. We found that Sakala Cleaning Service provided all of these. We spoke to Sarah ahead of the clean and she was diligent in understanding what we were looking for and what had not worked with our previous service. On the day of the clean Sarah made sure to address the issues we had spoken of, kept us updated on what she had done throughout the clean, and was willing to make changes where needed at the next clean. She displayed great professionalism and communication skills, and the quality of the clean was very high. I don’t think our worktop has been this clean ever and I always check it extremely carefully against different lighting. In the bathroom, everything sparkled and even the soap dispensers had been cleaned, which none of our previous cleaners have done before. The carpet of the stairs was so thoroughly vacuumed that my husband commented that it was as clean as when we had it steam cleaned. We also loved the floor cleaner with the nice smell that Sarah brough along. Overall, we are very satisfied with this service and looking forward continuing using Sakala Cleaning Service!"
