"Although your staff arrived an hour late, we were happy with the cleaning standard of the first floor bedrooms. However, we were very disappointed that your staff did not really clean the kitchen. We felt that they rushed off at 2:30pm. The fridge was only lightly cleaned that we needed to ask them to clean the plastic shelves again. When we were unpacking our kitchen items later at night, we noticed most of the shelves and the inside of the cabinet doors were not clean. See the attached photos for the visible stains and dirts. We wiped them off ourselves easily. We paid £380 for a deep clean service. Had we noticed the poor cleaning standard of the kitchen earlier, we would not have fully paid the rest of the fee. Needless to say, we will not be using your company again. Edit: Just look at how greasy the extracter's frame is (see uploaded pic). How was it a deep cleaned kitchen?"
