"Extremely poor. Our cat was in pain and could barely walk so we swiftly took him in. Vet told us it was neurlogical, cat not in pain and that investigation and treatment for a neurological condition would cost around £8000. Surprised, and concerned for our cat (who was very very very clearly in pain) we sought a second opinion. This vet immediately acknowledged this and provided painkillers, and took him in. X-Ray revealed injury and that the cat was likely hit by car. X ray and follow up treatment came in at 700. Imagine the costs had we not sought that second opinion - for a condition that didnt exist. For the sake of your pet, please avoid!!!!"
