"Have been here 3 times in a week. 2 times for a friend's dog's checkup after the snip which the vet ladies were super nice and friendly only 5 mins over appointment time. (both these times late morning appointments). Third time is what has let them down and made me look elsewhere. Took our dog in bless him he was nervous, arrived at 4.55, appointment was for 5.00, was waiting till 5.25 before deciding to leave as we were watching people come in 5 to 15 mins after us and get seen before us. Maybe the dogs were more critical to be seen? Maybe they have been waiting in the car for an earlier then our appointment? I can't say but waiting that long personally has changed my mind to not use them again the near future"
