"I would not recommend anyone to send there children to this nursery. I am disgusted with the poor communication and lack of any customer service. They would send my child home without half of his items/ clothing. Invoices would forever be incorrect and never amended . The last straw for me, was taking my child to nursery with me having to be at work in half an hour. To find that they were closing the nursery due to not having enough staff?! Further to this the lady in the office was extremely rude and had no empathy for my situation, showing her true lack of customer service. By then asking me to leave! I have since taken my son out of this establishment and would not recommend anyone to register with them in the future."
