"Sadly not a good review, paid a large deposit to secure the cottage and barn for a retreat for September last year. Due to covid this was cancelled. The owner has refused to return our deposit and asked us to refer to our booking contract that states our deposit is non refundable. Left a very sour taste and owner has stopped replying to emails."
