"I am so so happy I chose busybees for my son's nursery. He joined back in September when he was 7 months old and I've never had a problem with them. The staff are always so happy and friendly and keep me updated with what goes on during the day. The nursery is so clean and the outdoor play area is exceptional - it's huge! The food always sounds delicious and nutritious. I cannot fault busybees at all they have been amazing and my son absolutely loves going there."
"Absolutely incredible and very very well managed nursery. Our Daughter loves going to Busy Bees. Staff is super nice and professional. They are also using the smart App for updating us about development progress, meals and nappy changes."
"Unlike one of the other reviews here, this review is actually about Treetops in St Neots, rather than the one in Biggleswade. The staff are great. They're all very friendly and show a real interest in the children's development. The only negative is that staff turnover seems quite high. The facilities are also great. The garden is excellent - astroturf means no mud in wet weather, and there are plenty of things to explore and play on, including a large sand pit. The baby room is also a delight, with lots of textures and toys to play with. Activities seem varied, with art, reading, roleplay, cooking and even a children's council all on the timetable. Prices aren't cheap, but seem about standard for childcare in the region. Just beware of the complicated rules around free childcare hours, as you probably aren't going to get your full free allocation unless your child is in for at least three full days per week."
"The treetops nursery in biggleswade.... Is filthy , The staff ratio to children are very bad as I witnessed a few times 20 children to 2 staff members while outside , The staff members will tick the sheet incorrect at end of day. like ticking eaten all breakfast which was incorrect also ticking changed wet nappy 3 times also incorrect. also other parents complaining ever since treetops took over from Toybox Day Nursery Ofsted Outstanding. The area manager sarah is rude! And also when I spoke to the childcare director Isabel Garvey she was also rude talking to me while driving her car. she also took 4 days to get back to me from the day I raised the concerns at the biggleswade nursery. she didn't seem bothered or interested in my complaints. To save you the hassle I recommend to stay well clear of this nursery unless you want to encounter what I did on day one. I never took back my child from after the 1st day and both area manager and director of childcare refused to give a refund. The area manger gave the reasons of why she wouldn't refund. As she says she made enquiries and found out my partners job share went wrong and also personal circumstances. which are not true and even if they were to be true all the complaints I raised to them they should of taken action against staff and given a full refund. I've made my enquiries and under the 1982 any service carried out must be of reasonable care and skill but this company failed. so I've been advised to call my bank and ask for a charge back to debit card and my bank is happy to do so which saves all the hassle of taking treetops nursery to a small claims court."
