"Very disappointed, after reading so many great reviews. I took my car to be checked for damage and a price was agreed and the timescale for the work, Wednesday to Friday. After that was agreed ! had someone else run into me and I left an message on the answerphone saying if possible I would like the extra damage sorted and I was happy to pay whatever it cost. The car was collected on the Wednesday as agreed and I expected it to be returned on the Friday. As it was not ready I presumed it was because of the extra work required. I was told it would be ready on the Saturday but because the door had not been replaced and no one knew where the fixings were I did not get it back till Monday. I am disabled and the only way I can get to the shops, or anywhere, is in my car, I ended up with no supper on Sunday or breakfast on Monday as I still had no car and had not been able to get to the shops. When it was returned on Monday morning the extra work had not been done. I was told that my son in law had said I didn’t want it done. I know that he knew I wanted it done. I now have a car which still has damage and I will need to find another company to do it and be without it once again, making life rather difficult."

The owner slotted me in and the work was sublime. They’ve literally made my car brand new again can’t rate the quality of the work high enough.
