"So rude I rang receptionist and spoke to a very rude lady tody date 3.12.2020 around 10.22 which hung up so quickly without letting me say a word it's been more than 2 months waiting for an appointment was ringing for a update but the lady was so rude and could not wait to cutt the phone off no need seriously she was like bye bye even though I was so polite some people need some serious phone manners.The wait is ridiculous waste of time been with them 5 years for the same reason no real answers given keep sending me for the same tests over and over again."
