"I was very skeptical on using this service, but I gave it a shot.. the reason USPS charged me $72 for delivering package (envelop) to India in 5 business days but after month also they couldn't deliver it and they lost my package. of course I got my refund of $72 from USPS but then I wanted to ship my envelop and I tried the parcelMonkey (secret deal: UPS) and to my surprise my envelop was delivered to India from USA in 4 business days and that too for $42 ... This was best experience for me and I will continue using Parcel Monkey and I recommend it."
"NO STARS, thank you. Where is your help? Who knows about HS codes and such. You really need to be more helpful when offering your service to the ordinary, every day kind of customer who only uses your service once in a while. --- You make it really hard. --- If, for instance, there are two hyphens in a street name then you need to accept that!! I am a very disgruntled customer at this moment. As I said no stars but I could not post this without a star!"
"I can't comment on delivery yet as I've just used the Parcel Monkey website and it's taken the best part of an hour to book a delivery online. It has to be one of the most frustrating websites I've used. The information links for each field are so limited in what they tell you, you just have to guess until something is accepted and it won't validate as you navigate from one field to another, instead you have to enter everything and won't know what's wrong until the end. Then when you try to pay, the card details keep getting removed from the entry boxes as soon as you navigate out of them. I nearly gave up as I'd tried so many combinations of tabs, clicking and arrow keys. I just hope the actual delivery part of the service is better."
"Everything went smoothly until the part about the drop off. UPS posted pick up time of 1500 for standard UK delivery was not correct. Arriving at 1311, on a Friday, I was told that they had been and gone. Next pickup Monday. 2 days down the drain. Sorry buyer. Time to delivery is part of the price/value consideration..."
