"Things started off well with Gary at FLB in Wokingham with some positive phone calls, however it seems when he realised the amount of work involved he was no longer interested in helping our business. Rather than being upfront and honest with us, he left us hanging for weeks and weeks. We could have spent this time looking for another accountant, but instead we were left waiting every day hoping he would be able to help and get back to us. His knowledge of VAT also seemed to very little, I found out more from a 10 minute Google search than what he seemed to know. Overall we have wasted a month with FLB, mostly waiting for them to get back to us with a proposal / quote. We were prepared to spend thousands, but maybe we dodged a bullet here. If time is precious to you, I suggest you stay clear."
