"Only used once for a taxi but easy to book ahead (this was for early hours of the morning), lovely driver and very kindly waited when my train had a minor delay, no complaints!"

"Unfortunately, I had to use this service for a year, to go to work, because that's the only option for me. I have to say, most of the times, the service was fine, but I could never feel confident that they would turn up in time. I was late for appointments, to work, and they didn't want to take us when we had an emergency with our dog, that was almost dying (which I think it's inhuman). I understand it's up to the drivers, but then they should have a dog friendly driver, for those of us that don't have a car. Drivers are mostly kind and polite, but I met a few that were talking on the phone, with speakers on, the whole trip, which doesn't seem very professional, and it's dangerous. Overall, I can't wait to stop depending on this service and I hope it can improve in the future."

"We booked a taxi for 6:45 and it was 20 mins late! There was no message or call to let us know they was running behind, we was stuck out in the rain waiting for 20mins. Poor service!"

"We Used Wessex Cars to take us from Winchester to home on 3rd January after a night out for our Daughters 19th Birthday. This was not a nice experience. There were four of us as passengers. The driver was very aggressive when we asked him if it was good that business had quietened back down after Christmas. He told us " You tell me! I need money!" We thought we wouldn't say much after that. The standard of driving was horrendous. He was accelerating hard up to other vehicles and then de-cellerating only to accelerate hard again. We travelled up the A33 for approx eight miles in this fashion even though there were no other cars on the road. We could not wait to get out of the vehicle when we got home. I did ring the office to ask if I could leave some feedback so that I did not have to leave a review but the operator on the phone told me he didn't want any feedback, so here it is in print."

"Cab booked days in advance. He Couldn’t find us and when we called him, just 2 minutes after the pick up time (and with someone standing at the end of the drive), he told us he was already on another job. Left us abandoned on New Years Eve. Such incredibly bad service."
