"Brought my two dogs here after a bad experience at another Groomers. Was nervous about leaving them, but Jo helped reassure me and when I came to collect both dogs were happily running about playing. I cannot stress just how delighted I was to see that both had enjoyed their experience considering what had happened at the previous Groomers and even didn't wish to leave! Both dogs looked and smelt amazing. I will be recommending to everyone and I will definitely be returning!"

"My puppy and I had the most traumatic experience at this groomer. My 4 month old labradoodle puppy had matting on his legs and chest so I took him to the groomer for a puppy groom and categorically instructed them to ONLY address the problem areas on chest and legs. Imagine my horror when I went to pick up my boy and saw that they have completely shaved him off from head to toe and removed all of his beautiful puppy coat which was not even matted, including his entire facial hair. Any experienced groomer will know not to shave a puppy's coat as it completely ruins the coat texture. That too in the peak of winter as he is now constantly shivering. My dogs' personality has changed since he came back home from that fateful day. I would not recommend this groomer to any one who loves their fur babies."

My westie is a little fussy as he has troubled skin and a dodgy leg but he absolutely loves visiting here, and two weeks on he still smells absolutely gorgeous! Just the most amazing and friendly service Tully and I ever gotten. My little boy always looks so handsome and happy after a visit. I tell all my friends with dogs this is the place to go, just absolutely flawless!"
