"Bad experience, very rude staff. Tried to charge more without any warning as my completely lovely 15 month border terrier had been difficult for his hand strip. a) This was not communicated beforehand- just put on total without warning or explanation b) when questioned they said he is a ‘badly behaved dog that bites’ (he is not- but he clearly had been reactive from fear) & c) they said it had taken extra time hence the charge but this was a lie- it had taken less time than they predicted! Would still have paid the extra charge for my dog if they had explained properly and hadn’t been so rude. They also told me I should have him stripped every 8 weeks which is wrong. Very upsetting experience."
