"Very disappointed with my second and last experience with the standard of grooming. Such a shame because the first visit was really good. Less than an hour from drop off to collection at £50 for a 'westie' cut left clipper tracks all over and 4/5 areas where deep chunks of fur was missing from her coat. My only consolation is that her fur will grow back eventually. Bad workmanship is plain to see and I will tell everone where it was done so others can avoid!"
