Reviews of Premier Inn Aberdeen Airport (Dyce) hotel
"Great hotel, but parking is a huge issue. Was advised it was never full but we had to park on the pavement 3 night out of 6 and that was after paying for 6 nights parking. Hotel was lovely inside although I wish you could open windows as you couldn't change the temp of the air conditioning."
"Probably my worst Premier Inn experience. I picked it for its usual high standards, but my room was definitely looking a bit tired; the bathroom in particularly could do with a bit of work. The room was also stiflingly hot - the air-con wouldn’t go lower than 19 degrees but it felt more like a sauna. No choice of pillows (a PI standard I thought?), the bed moved and the mattress is in need of replacement. Passable, but not what I’d expect from Premier Inn."
"What you would expect from a Premier Inn. The room was clean and tidy. Super comfy bed. The restaurant was great - like a proper restaurant with nice setting and ambience, rather than a typical hotel open plan seating area. Food and service was great too."
"Visited P&J arena and this hotel was a 15 minute walk. Doesn't look much from the outside but room was very clean and very comfy bed. Bar and dining area was quite cosy too."
"Room was clean and the bed comfy. The reception staff were nice and friendly. Wasn’t expecting to pay for parking, at the airport yes, at the hotel, no. My biggest gripe was the restaurant staff. In the evening me and my wife were the only customers in the restaurant but yet we waited 15 minutes for our dessert to be served but it showed no sign of arriving at our table. It seemed no staff member were prepared to stop chatting amongst themselves in the bar area (no customers in the bar) so I had to go to the bar to ask for our dessert to be served. The waiter served dessert and we had to shuffle the dirty plates out of the way on the table to make room for our dessert plates. He cleared away some of the dirty plates but offered no apology for the wait. In the morning we were welcomed to the restaurant by the receptionist but offered no explanation if breakfast was buffet or table service. We were lucky that another customer walked passed with breakfast on a plate. We use Premier Inns extensively throughout the Uk and this is the only one we will be avoiding. Very disappointed."
