"I have joined Gemma’s Pilates classes early this year. It was a lovely intimate set up of a small group, with lots of hands on guidance. Every class was designed to let you do as much as you could manage without any pressure to progress too soon. During lockdown, Gemma has moved to fully remote online Pilates classes - saving spines, straightening shoulders and building up our strength whilst working from home. Retaining some level of fitness has been amazing and often this was the highlight of the week where everyone could switch off and relax those stiff muscles.
