He was running late one night (just by 15 mins) but recived texts to let me know and kept me updated. Literally could not ask for a better service from a local company!!"

"Terrible service. Booked for bride and groom on wedding specifically stating this. Didn't wait for us. Said they called my phone no missed calls. Took other wedding guests instead. Left stranded at own wedding. Booked taxi for 1230am for short drive to accommodation.....2am we finally got collected and taken home. Very defensive when challenged. No consideration for us on such a special day. Thanks for the reply but it was your company that I used not the other one you mentioned. So it remains your error and bad service."
"Consistently Unreliable over six years and two different owners. They turn up late, double book, or just don’t turn up at all. If they do arrive then they give you some BS excuse as to why. If the vehicle is broken down or there is a family emergency then fair enough. Otherwise it is just incompetence and disorganised. I am not going to use then again."
"My wife used this firm once before and they were fine, so the obvious choice for repeat business. I got a three-figure quote for a long journey which was was acceptable, so last week attempted to make a reservation using the 'Get a Quote or Book Now' facility on their website to ensure they had all the salient details in writing. To my surprise I didn't get a response, and when I phoned a couple of days later to chase it went to voicemail, so I left a message surmmarising the details and asking them to call and/or reply. Needless to say I've not heard a peep back, so I'd hate to think how they'd treat me if I was waiting in the rain somewhere wondering where they'd got to...."
