"The atmosphere was nice, nice decor and has an American vibe for those who have been to a TGIF, however the waiting time was very long once we placed our orders. The staff gave us incorrect orders initially even though the place wasn't too busy but it was rectified quickly. We ordered the philly steak sandwich and chicken fajitas. The fajitas felt quite dry. Husband said the sandwich was nice. The fries and salad on the side was nice so was the sauces. There wasn't much vegetarian options. Overall it was an average experience, maybe we'll try the burgers next time. I would say the food was average or below for what you pay."
"Awful, definitely won't be going back and recommending to anyone. If you haven't got enough staff or competent ones close your doors and don't bother opening. The whole experience took over 3 hours for a meal. Slow, overpriced and overcooked. When we did receive the right item after forgetting one (it was even repeated back by the waitress) the plate it was served on didn't like like it had been cleaned for weeks and don't get me started on how long we had to wait to get drinks and it wasn't even busy, loads of free tables and now I probably know why!"
