"Extremely frustrating service, I’ve been having to call in every time to get an update on my car. I’m waiting to be located to a garage for my car to be fixed and its been over 2 weeks now. Every time I call they keep saying the garage will call me the next working day. Which is never. So frustrated, and finding it difficult to get to work. Really poor service. Don’t recommend."
"I phoned to advise Bradford & Bingley (arranged insurance with) of my itemised lost Tiffany necklace. I explained that I had waited a few weeks just to see if it would turn up, but it didn't. bought the piece of jewellery from Tiffany Las Vegas about 12 years ago - couldn't find the receipt, so instead tried to send photos of me wearing the item over the years. The necklace was valued at £4,000 as this is what we paid for it and what would have been on the receipt. At no point when taking out this insurance was I told to get a up-to-date valuation. A point to be made too, was that this insurance was taken out during 'lockdown' so even if I had been asked I wouldn't have been able to. I then chased the insurance after a couple of weeks to make sure they had received the paperwork/photos, they had and said they would update me. I then received a letter asking why my necklace was only valued at £4,000 when apparently it was now worth £10,000. I called to speak to someone who advised me that because I had it down as £4,000 that was all I'd be entitled to. Although I was never going to be able to replace the item, I agreed. I then received a letter to say that they were cancelling all of my household/contents insurance back to September 2022 - this left me with no insurance at all! This is not acceptable! They should have called me. Anything could have happened. I was diagnosed with cervical cancer in March 2020, along with all the covid issues and did not need this type of stress. DO NOT GET YOUR HOME/CONTENTS INSURED WITH THIS COMPANY AS THERE'S NO GUARANTEE YOU'lL BE COVERED WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR CLAIM."
"Avoid this company at all costs. My vehicle was stolen over 3 months ago and I'm still yet to get an official settlement figure for my loss! This is causing my family un needed stress! On top of the financial strain it's now putting on my family as we have had to purchase another vehicle while still awaiting payment! I'm still being asked to send off more paperwork which has been sent off already and feel like they are doing everything they can to stall payment. I will be definitely taking legal action towards this corrupt company. Already a victim of crime and then to made to feel like I'm in the wrong is disgusting!"
