"I just contacted the Farnham store to ask about their kitchen design consultation. In the first instance I was directed to Instagram (which I said I don’t have - how ridiculous), then directed to their website very much giving me the impression she had no interest in having an actual conversation (actually not the impression totally trying to dismiss me). I then explained we have the week off next week so keen to see if we could arrange an appointment whilst the kids are in club - at which point I was once again totally dismissed and told they’re too busy due to the ‘promotion’.Whilst I appreciate that You can’t magic an appointment, if she’d actually been polite and helpful in the first instance I wouldn’t have picked up the phone to call the Weybridge store. The most shocking customer service from a supposedly high level store. A young, seemingly arrogant lady who assumes we all want to work from Instagram and the internet. You need to train your staff in the art of having a conversation and building a rapport. Or shall we rename them the business prevention team. Needless to say, I made the same call to Weybridge and they couldn’t have been more helpful, instantly transferring me to the kitchen design team and we had a brief conversation about the process and have now booked to meet with them. 50 minutes out of our way but I absolutely will not be giving Farnham our business. Pretty sure you’re a franchise?? You’ve potentially just lost a 100k house design from flooring to kitchen to study. Your staff need some re training. Shame as I have spent a lot with Neptune (over the years), mostly in Weybridge (where we moved from) and they couldn’t be more helpful. It just didn’t make sense to travel back and forth when Farnham store is 10 minutes away - but travel we shall where I’ll enjoy spending the money with staff that actually want to do their jobs!"

"Neptune has created a beautiful experience in a former large public house. The shop is very restful and enjoyable just to browse. The staff are very friendly but not over attentive. My wife would buy the shop given the opportunity!"
